Mitsubishi Inverter

  • High torque of 150% at 1Hz.
    The combination of the original general-purpose magnetic flux vector control with slip compensation made it possible to achieve 150% torque at 1Hz.
    Using off-line auto-tuning allows motors to be controlled by general-purpose magnetic flux vector control even when the motor characteristics vary.
  • By connecting a brake resistor, regenerative braking ability can be improved.(0.4K or more).
  • Fewer trips are caused by overcurrent due to the high-response current limit function.

 

 

» Very simple

  • A frequency setting potentiometer was added to the control panel as a standard (Frequeney setting potentiometer type).
    The FR-PU04, LCD parameter unit with backlight is available as an option. (8 different languages are available on this unit.)
    Parameter user groups have been made a standard.
    Setup software can be used for parameter settings.
  • The life of the cooling fan has been extended by the use of ON/OFF control, and replacement is made easier.
  • A screwed terminal block is used for the main circuit.
    A screwed terminal block is also used for the all new control circuit (with plug in leads). The lead holes were made to be wider.

 

 

» Very compact

  • Most compact inverter in its class.
    Only 85% of the volume of the Mitsubishi FR-U100 (for 0.2K).
  • All models from 0.1 to 3.7kW of the single phase 100V, single phase 200V and three phases 200V are the same 128mm in height. This makes panel layout easier.
    The three phases 400V models are the same 150mm in height.

 

 

» Environmental friendly

  • With the adoption of the original developed Soft-PWM control method, the increase in acoustic noise can be suppressed and RFI noise can be limited to minimum levels similar to those of the Mitsubishi conventional FR-Z series inverter.
  • The units are compatible with harmonic restrictions.
  • EMC filter is available.

  • Globally compatible with worldwide standards.
    Compatible with UL, cUL, and EN (Low Voltage Directive) as standards.
  • IP40 type are also available for three-phase 200V and 400V class.
  • Compatible with single phase 100V and 200V as well as three-phase 200V power supplies (output is three-phase 200V).
    Also compatible with three phase 400V (Output is three-phase 400V.).
